This lovely reproduction cup and saucer of dark turquoise porcelain circa 1888 is found in the Biltmore house and once enjoyed by the Vanderbilt family. The china is a revival of rococo style denoted by its swooping, curving design and sumptuous use of gilding and rich color. This porcelain cup and saucer holds 8 oz and is part of a series of pieces carrying the same design motif. Not recommended for dishwasher or microwave use.
