This lovely reproduction tea for one set of dark turquoise porcelain circa 1888 is found in the Biltmore house and once enjoyed by the Vanderbilt family. The china is a revival of rococo style denoted by its swooping, curving design and sumptuous use of gilding and rich color. This porcelain tea for one set is part of a series of pieces carrying the same design motif. The teapot holds 16 oz and the cup holds 10 oz. 5 1/2" H. Not recommended for dishwasher or microwave use.
