Our goal is to ensure a gracious experience every time you shop with us.

To support that goal, we have provided information regarding everything from exclusive Passholder and Vanderbilt Wine Club® member discounts, special promotions, and limited-time offers to pricing, order, and shipping information and policies, and more.

Gift Cards

Biltmore Shop is currently unable to redeem Gift Cards for online purchases. Please apply your Gift Card by phone by calling our Customer Service department at 800-968-0558.

Competitive Pricing

To provide you the best possible prices, we offer Limited-Time Sales, Pre-Sales, Bundle Pricing, Daily Deals, Buy More & Save promotions, and other monthly promotions.

These sales and promotions are date-and-time-bound discounts available while supply lasts.

PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased before and after specific discount time periods are not eligible for price adjustments. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

In-Store Promotions

There are occasions where product prices may differ from Biltmore Estate shops and other retailers.

PLEASE NOTE: When this occurs, online pricing is exclusive to Biltmore Shop. Price matching between online and in-store is unavailable.

Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but pricing errors can occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed on Biltmore Shop, we will contact you directly to issue a refund for the difference.

Quantity Limitations / Quantity Discounts

To provide all guests with the opportunity to purchase popular items, we may limit the quantity an individual guest and/or household may purchase. We identify an individual guest and/or household by considering a number of factors, including by not limited to whether orders are purchased from the same Biltmore Shop account, purchased using the same credit card, email address, or phone number, shipped to the same shipping address, or placed with the same billing address or from the same IP and/or mobile device.

Biltmore Shop does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same method of payment, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied. Biltmore reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.

Biltmore® Grown

All Biltmore® Grown products are shipped:
• on Wednesdays
• frozen with dry ice in a cooler
• separately from any additional retail or wine items purchased

Website Information

While we make every effort to ensure all information on our website is correct, occasionally the image of an item or its description may appear different online than the actual item. In accordance with our commitment to provide you with the best possible service, we will inform you of any known discrepancies when you place your order or as quickly as possible thereafter.

We reserve the right to:

• cancel or modify promotions at any time due to system or typographical error, fraud, or other unforeseen problems
• change prices on the site at any time

Combining Orders

When processing multiple orders from the same household being delivered to the same address, we may combine orders into one package to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Biltmore merchandise purchased from other retailers is subject to the policies of those merchants; please refer to those retailers’ websites for further information.

About Member Discounts

    • Biltmore Annual Passholder

      To receive your discounts, you will need to add your Annual Pass to your dashboard on Biltmore.com. Once you have done so, your Passholder discounts will be calculated at checkout.

      To add your Annual Pass to your dashboard, please log in and follow the prompts. Once you’ve connected your Annual Pass, your dashboard will display your Pass I.D. number along with the expiration date, and your discounts will apply automatically on Biltmore Shop.
