This dry, medium-to-full-bodied Biltmore red wine features delicious aromas of cocoa powder and blackberry jam, along with flavors of cherry, pomegranate, red currant, and vanilla, enhanced by well-integrated oak and soft tannins.

This Petite Sirah-Syrah pairs perfectly with smoked meats—including the vinegar tang of Eastern NC-style barbecue—lamb kebabs, and sweet potatoes. It’s also a surprisingly smooth partner for rich desserts such as candied walnuts and pecan pie.
