Pumpkin Spice Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough into 1-inch balls and coat in Wassail Mix, bake 10-12 minutes or according to sugar cookie directions. Cool and serve. Optional: Lightly dust with Biltmore Pumpkin Pie Spice for an added seasonal twist.
